Alyssa's Journey
With an open heart and a deep commitment to your journey, Alyssa serves as a compassionate guide, offering energy healing sessions uniquely tailored to your needs. She blends Reiki, Meditation, Sound Healing, Crystal, and Aroma Therapy—modalities she has personally practiced and refined over the years. Inspired by her own transformative experiences, Alyssa developed "Sonic Reiki," a fusion of Reiki and Sound Healing, designed to release stagnancy, clear energy blockages, and restore harmony in the mind, body and spirit.
Alyssa's path to energy work began in 2018 while living in Spain, where she felt called to deepen her practice through a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Kula Tantra and Shamanism in Quito, Ecuador. This journey led her to focus on one-on-one healing, and by 2021, she had earned her Reiki Master certification in the Usui System of Reiki. Alyssa is currently pursuing her Level 2 Diploma in 1:1 Integral Sound Healing, a reflection of her dedication to continuously expanding her practice. With a Master’s Degree in Education and her work in a local non-profit, Alyssa is a humanitarian at heart. Her own self-healing journey has taught her that every being deserves to experience peace, happiness, and freedom. Through her offerings, she creates a sacred space for you to release, transform, and realign with your most authentic self.
