Here at Heal with Alyssa, I combine the two energy healing modalities of Reiki & Sound Healing to create "Sonic Reiki" Sessions. The intention of Sonic Reiki is to create space for your Soul to breathe, release, heal, and sing. When we embrace our inner rhythms of who we are, we begin to discover a life of harmony, joy and inner peace.
